A Nice Day for Bubbles...

It was such a lovely day that Avery and I went out to blow bubbles. The little neighbor girls who are always coming over to see if Avery can "play" were out having fun with us. She laughed and laughed at the girls. It was a fun day!

9 Months Already!!

Avery turned 9 months this week, and we can't believe how fast she is growing. She weighed in at 19 lbs 13 oz, and is 28.5 inches. She is crawling everywhere, pulling herself up and walking along things, and she still likes to sit in the toy box and play. She has learned to wave and even says "Hi." She has learned to clap her hands while playing patty-cake, and likes to do everything Mom is doing--she follows me everywhere through the house all day long. Avery is a very social, happy, out-going little person. Too much fun!

Hair Bow Exchange

I have a cousin that is doing this with her friends and I think it would be fun to start. This is how it works... Every other month (I think once a month is too much) we get together and exchange hair bows. Either 2 small or one large. They can be flowers or bows or some sort of little girl hair clip. So, if there are 6 people in the group you will get 6 new bows every other month. If you would like to participate but don't know how to make bows I bought a bow making instruction manual before Avery was born that you could borrow. Let me know if you would like to join the group.
